Going for an interview for a freshers is always an nervous task. The freshers who has just entered the Service Sector always feels insecure until he/she gets the job. But here are the few tips that can help you face the interview.

Calm and Positive
At the time of interview be very calm, think positive and don’t be nervous. Companies tends to check your mental strength in the in the form of Aptitude Tests, Technical Test, Group Discussion. If you lose your temperament it gives a negative feeling to the employer and may keep you on hole or reject you.

Be Honest
One of the main aspect of giving answers during technical or general interview is that you give answers to only hat what you know. If you don’t know the answer of the question asked then simply say “NO” or “Sorry Sir i don’t know the answer”. It doesn’t matters even if you have not given answer for any question as the employer knows that you are a fresher and you might not know the concept properly but your honesty to the question will give a positive signal.

Study Company Background
Before going to the interview make sure you know some information about the company (Either through Websites or Friends). It makes the employer feels that the candidate has prepared well for the interview and have a good interest in working in this company.

Asking question to Employer
Many times people reach the final round i.e the HR Round and get rejected, this is because the HR people feels that if if the employee has all the technical knowledge but they doesn’t have the courage to speak up. Fresher should ask question to the employer like what is the Job Profile, Timings, Working Days, do you give Bonus/ Incentives etc. This gives a very good impression to the HR team that the candidate is surely interested in the job.
